Hi. We have an app which is in both the Android (Google Play) and App Store (iPhone). The main fix is that the Push notification doesn't work consistently. It pushes (but out of 500 devices, say only some of them get the push). The push is not working consistently enough and getting to the people. We want someone to come in to fix this and ensure that 100% of the people get the pushes on the app (and we would need some kind of reporting system on this to see if the pushes worked or not as proof). That is the main fix. Please bid with this in mind that the app is completely functioning and this is the only thing that needs to be done - it will not be completed/paid until the programmer can ensure us with proof that all the pushes are going through successfully.

What kind of server do you use to push the notification? I think the main problem isin your server side I am the individual professional developer in Android platform, and have more than 5 years experience on this platform. I did many projects such as Barcode Scanner,certificate management, GPS tracker, Customized Lock Screen, Social App(integrated email/facebook/twitter) and fancy ToolBar etc. And the delivery time and price are negotiable.
