Set up Build server, repo for Android Build

Hi, We require a freelancer to set up below for us: 1- Windows Azure or Amazon based Android Complete build system 2 - Repo for patches and code submissions 3- Email based notification system for build and patches 4- Code security Basically we would fire build by some webpage set up as above and see status and able to download the binaries etc.. Repo for code submissions.. Team size is small < 10 Please bid only if you have set up similar system before. Thanks
