Complete incomplete Site revamp to a minimum requirement

Advance Technology was the winner of a previous project to update <[login to view URL]> with graphic changes and a complete order system and back end order system record keeping. The orginal spec was very detailed. Please see previous project posting for spec. Advance technology has been unable to update the site according to previous project scope thus this project posting is to reduce the scope in order just to match the revamp webthatch site in 2010. Thus advance technology will need to work on the <[login to view URL]> with below amends just to get it up and running 1. Ensure both the english and japanese webpages are correct and match each other/ ie in sync 2. All image boxes throughout the site are consistent in size, currently some boxes are larger or smaller than others 3. Decorating ideas page follows similar in style to <[login to view URL]> 4. Press Page follows similar in size to <[login to view URL]> 5. Order page is simple order form (as currently in operation) which you have already and will be sent again once the project is accepted, with an email order request coming in and automated acknolegement request (currently in place). 6. The current site ensures we remain top of the list in Google as we currently are when searcging cupcakes in Japan. SEO. Once the above is complete and tested the site should be able to go live immdeiately. All files, templates CSS details and PSDs must be provided to allow further development of site and shopping cart implementation. This must be provided upon completion of the site.
