Our company is seeking to hire a Virtual Assistant in Latin America. Anywhere in Central or South America is OK.
This candidate will be contacting and developing a contact list of distributors, importers, and wholesalers for used vehicles, auto parts, household appliances, restaurant equipment, mobile phones, sports supplements, athletic gear including clothing, consumer electronics, and a variety of other
The job will consist of the following:
- Jobs will be broken down into projects, to be completed on a weekly basis
- Some projects will involve posting employment ads, recruitment ads, product ads, help wanted ads, inventory ads, for sale ads, and other types of announcements in online classifieds like Craigslist, and the online classified sections of local, regional, and national newspapers in the Central and South American regions
- Some projects will involve making initial contact with certain established wholesalers, importers, and distributors in Latin American countries, presenting our company and our services, and setting up appointments to talk by phone to discuss potential business deals
- Some projects will involve compiling lists of potential clients for us to contact from the main office, or list of websites, or list of manufacturers, or list of distributors, etc. Most will be done using industry publications and publicly available sources like Paginas Amarillas and other directories
The candidate must have the following skills and requirements:
- Must speak clear understandable Spanish, and some English, enough to carry a little conversation if necessary
- Must have Skkkyyppeee and be available for regular video conference calls
- Must have fast reliable internet service
- Must have experience and/or knowledge of IP proxies such as HideMyAss to be able to post ads in different countries without getting IP zone blocked
- Must be able to create weekly tracking reports and logs using MS Excel or Google Drive
Bid according to how much you charge per hour for these types of projects.
