Summary We are an International Private Organisation Located in South Africa known as the Europe-Africa Development Initiative with Head Quarter in Sweden. Our goals in life is to alleviate poverty through Business Diplomacy, Investment and entrepreneurship. Problem statement> In other for the organisation to raise finances to support its projects we have adopted a Business /social enterprising approach and one of them is to established a day care/creche Business in cape Town South Africa. creche is a very lucrative Business in this county because the majority of families here consist of working parents in the middle income group who may not want to move with their kids (age: 0.5 yr-3yrs old) to their job side. Therefore many parents sees day care as the best option for them to protect their children while at work. Our objective is to provide passionate and emotional care for early child hood Development. Our Needs> We are a start-up and we are seeking the sum of 10.000 Euro to establish this creche in south Africa. Part of this money will be used to Rent an Apartment, provide Basic facilities, Meal preparation, shopping, transportation, social services, Marketing as well as get all the staff on work. Marketing Analysis> This is a very Lucrative Business in South Africa. Although we have not began due to lack of funding, the organisation currently have waiting list of clients who wants day care services for their children when doing their day to day works. Sales in this kind of Business is directly related to quality of services provided and utmost satisfaction from Parents. It is a perpetual Business. One doesn't sell day care but one sells excellent care, availability and effective interpersonal relationships. Future Prospects (sustainability)> It is more than a day care. In the future, there is a possibility of establishing a section for Nursery and Primary Education and why not an IT business Centre. Our team> Our team and workers are trained professionals in Health and day care activities licensed by the south African Government. Also trained Economist and Marketers with Bsc. and Msc. degrees serves as Managers of this initiative. So there is nothing to fear about as to management. The south African community is also committed to support in terms of security. Forecasting and profit Margins> We are estimating a total of at least 50 children (Based on our waiting list statistics) between 1-5 yrs at our day care center. The cost per child is estimated to be 80 euro per month. This can give us a total of 4000 euro per month. We intend to employ 3 staff-one manager and 2 day care experts. We also intend to have 3 unpaid volunteers as well as external equipment support since we are an NGO. Profits will be shared based on amount contributed by an investor. Total Sponsorship> You may want to sponsor all. Profit is shared as negotiated. Give us Loans> To give us the Loan of 10.000 euro, we pay at the end of the year with the stipulated profit.
