Accounting help Needed

Hi I am a medical practice looking to outsource my accounting. Records are not in the best of shape. I require someone who has done this before and can go back a few years to bring my data up to date so that they can be audited properly. I suppose it will require scanning and emailing records. Format can be determined. I have just started using basecamphq online and quickbooks online. We can meet regularly through online video conferencing.
