I need an excel spreadsheet that can tell me the estimated new customers and the estimated revenue for months in the future. I have already completed 80% of this (see attached) but need some help finishing.
The excel spreadsheet needs to have the following inputs:
1) Number of current monthly customers
2) Customers that cancelled this month
3) Monthly product price
4) Average new customers per month
5) Current date
I would like the spreadsheet to output the following information:
1) Customers signed up
2) Churn rate (number of customers cancelled as a percentage)
3) CMRR (Contracted Monthly Recurring Revenue)
4) Average Customer lifetime (in months)
5) Average Customer lifetime value
6) Future revenue estimates each month
As you can see in the attached example, I have already created the first 1-5 outputs. However I would like it to output the revenue for the future months.
For example, if I had 100 customers, 1 cancellations on average per month, average monthly customer price of £10, and on average 20 new customers per month. I would like to know the estimated number of customers on month 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 etc etc. I would also like to know the estimated monthly recurring revenue taking into account the average cancellation rate.
Please DO NOT bid if you do not really know Excel or know what CMMR or churn rate is. I have completed 80% of this project myself but just need some help with the last part.
