Cyprus Nominee/Accounting

We have a corporate entity created within Cyprus that we require accounting for. This company is a Zero transaction company. It is merely used for a few contracts. There is a current nominee that needs to be transfered to whoever is awarded this. We are a canadian based company. This will be done every year and not one time. Everything must be done properly and legally. Our canadian accountants does not know regulations/accounting for this jurisdiction.
