We are a market research firm that uses mystery shoppers as a way to gain insight into how our client's employees are conducting themselves on the job. Our client is owns a career college in Salinas, CA 94906 , and for them we have set up an extensive report form that our mystery shoppers must fill out after going on their field assignment. I need someone to go and visit the campus in Salinas to collect specific field work data and then type out a narrative-heavy report via our online report system. We will want to know everything that happened on your visit. For the assignment, we need a shopper to go in sometime in February (you will call the school to set up an appointment with Admissions). You will need to evaluate the telephone call and check to see that they are asking all the questions on the phone script. Note their answers and fill that out in the report form. The visit must take place in February, with the report to be submitted to us within 24 hours of the visit. On your field visit, you will act as a prospective student. You will need to take a placement test, sit through an interview with both Admissions and Financial Aid, and take a campus tour. Expect field work to take around 3-5 hours. After you have left the campus, will need to fill out your report to us online using narrative-driven answers. We will send you a sample report before your visit as a guide. Expect the field report to take an hour to fill out. This is a one-time evaluation and you must be in the Salinas area so that you can physically go to the campus.
