Therefore to effectively manage change within the workplace, it is essential that organisations have an ability to systematically diagnose change implications and requirements.
Question: Students are to critically analyse a prescribed case study
• and write a formal report
• Students must use at least one, and no more than, two diagnostic models of Palmer, Dunford and Akin (2009).
The case report must address the following specific components.
1. Summarise the high level change drivers presented in the case situation.
2. Diagnose the change agenda using the chosen frameworks.
3. Outline the integrated change areas that the organisation should address, arguing from your diagnostic analysis.
4. Recommend actions (based on theories of change) that leaders can take to reinforce and maintain the changes needed.
General requirement
