I have subscribers to a web site that have their credit cards automatically charged once a year. If their funding source is no longer valid, Paypal skips them and doesn't charge them, causing the subscriber's membership to cancel. What is then supposed to happen is that they get an email. Though this was set up years ago it seldom works. I need it fixed. Also, on the administrator app I would like the ability to send an email to everyone that has been skipped during different dates. An email function has already been created. This would only modify code that is already there. I have $25 in my budget. Please bid accordingly. Thanks.
