ASP Freelancer Needed

We need 1 or 2 freelancers for this project. You must: 1. be available 30-50 hours per week. (please list the hours and time of day you will be available) 2. cost between $5 and $8/hr. (please list your price) 3. be willing to start right away (list your start date) 4. Be able to learn and edit a complex HTML/ASP/SQL content system with only 2-3 days of training and limited documentation. (list proof of your expertise, training, certifications) If you do well on first project we will pay you more on second project and perhaps give you incentives.
