ASP Website Template in Microsoft Expression

Hi, I am looking for some one to create a website template based on this site: [login to view URL]   Just leave placeholders where the flash objects are on the site . So you will NOT be doing any flash.   The site I will make will be much simpler, but I’d like the same functionality and feel. *the only functionality I need is the menu drop down's   I would like to know if you can duplicate the functionality and also if you can give me an estimate of how many hours of work it would be. I Need some one to program this in ASP and use Microsoft Expression to create a Master Page Template.
