DeCaptcha Set UP

I need some hand holding and walk through helping me set up DeCaptcha. My project posts to political web sites, and some sites have Captcha. I seek someone who has experience with [login to view URL] as well as experience with simple web sites. I work in VFP9 -- Microsoft Visual Foxpro, kind of like Basic or visual basic. or XBASE. I can subclass Internet Explorer, setting web properties and calling methods I can call DLL Also, I do most of my posting with iMacros I have a bunch of other work, mostly MsSql one in ASP/MsSql (not ASP.NET)
