Require an alert service similiar to simcast - [login to view URL] and MSN alerts - [login to view URL] It needs to allow user to select what alert levels they want, how to receive (ie alert, sms or email) they can view past alerts, pause alerts etc alerts will be linked to their account so it will be personalised and give alerts nly suited to them interested bidders will need to accept strictly guidelines for payment, delivery and source code. they must also the system need need to run a our server and users will download a small plugin (which you need to develop) updates can be scd or sent asap any questions please PM thanks more detail brief will be given to programmers who can do the job and think they can do in under 2 weeks.
