Copy Existing Website with different look

I need to copy this website, which was designed by me [login to view URL] there are about 15 pages max, all of them use the same template (master page). and create another one exactly like it. I want to change the look and feel, however using more reds and yellows, different layout, etc. There is very little asp.net programming involved, just using master pages, user controls, etc. You just need to have the tools and some basic skills and you should be fine. Basically I will require the following things. 1. Competency in design, html, css, with example sites 2. Good communication skills, at least once a day communication 3. Send me a creative design idea right away, this will go through several revisions. 4. Ablility to make necessary changes to asp.net site that will be setup for you. 5. We will begin the project right away, and you will get paid 50% when job is 50% done and the rest when job is complete. Will use you on future projects through this site if this works out well
