I have a website at [login to view URL] and require some additional functionality for the admin area. The site will take an order from a customer. In order to fulfil the order, certain emails will need to be sent to various prople so that each part of the order can be requested. There are 4 parts to the order and 4 emails will need to be sent to 4 different people so they can fulfil their part of the order. Each part is then delivered back to us so we can create a single product to send to the customer.
I need an area where I can assign who receives the email for an order depending on where they live. So if i need to send an email to a service provider and he lives in london i will select london from a dropdown list and assigh him as the provider for that area. I have created a mockup page at [login to view URL] Now i have assigned the service provider for London, when an order comes in from a customer who lives in london an email will go to the bservice provider i selected in london. The service provider is called an epc assessor. I have created some mock pages of what I want the admin area for the epc to look like. These are shown as follows;

There are four other pages in this admin area which can be seen when you click on the links within the page.
