Asp/Js/XML Dom script require to populate the data from excel sheet

Hi, I have a website running. I want to promote Hot deal link from my website (wwwdotgettravelplansdotcom) to this excel sheet (Attached the excel sheet from where the url has to come from) with the data. 1) I can place only the Excel file in my Server (Attached the excel sheets) 2) I appreciate if you have any other Idea on this, please let me know. How you can achive this ? I DONT mind, either doing in XML as dom or in ASP or in JAVA Script. 3) Also need help in promoting this website to the online users. Budget is very smalls, please help me out....to go alive ASAP Thanks Regards Jaff
