Basic website, but colorful & fun, for a learning center

I need a basic website, but with vibrant colors & fun look for a new Learning Center franchise for parents of kids aged 4 to 14. Basic requirements: Mockup designs required for approval. Full edit/control of contents/menu required after website is launched. Logo/pictures are ready. Banner design may need to be required. Compatible to popular/different browsers, with various screen resolutions. 2 or 3 submission forms (registration, more information request, contact us, etc. are required. Sitemap, content & most pictures will be provided, but some help may be required in creating a welcome kit (PDF file) for visitors.
