Wood chair shop drawings

I have 40+ wooden chairs needing to have their shop drawings for making. The patterns for non straight pieces will be cut on the CNC, hence they are required on a separate sheet. The straight pieces, including the tenons and grooves are to be specified.
After doing paid sample, so as to be talking about the same thing, each group of 5 chairs to be given to start drawing them o CAD.
After producing the "perfect" sample, we will want to feed the drawing to 3D Max so as to color the wood in many colors and virtually upholster the chairs with many fabrics.
