I'm looking to build a web application that will assist in patient care. The software will allow the user to display medical problems and allow those problems to be manipulated in a variety of ways. The problems can be altered, moved, and utilize macros within to quickly populate fields w/ data. I have attached a screen shot of the UI that I have in mind. Most importantly the project needs to be developed in a flexible manner as I hope to develop this software over years.
