I am looking for an experienced freelancer to design a concept floorplan. My vision is a minimalist, beach-themed layout that is clean, airy and spacious, over 1,000 sq ft. The design should include the following: - Room dimensions - Wall placements - Furniture layouts - Bathrooms - Sauna Experience in CAD and architectural design is preferred, with a portfolio showcasing similar projects if possible. Understanding of minimalist and beach-related design elements is highly desirable.
