My laboratory is researching drug delivery with nanocapsules in blood plasma. We need a method to reliably separate the blood plasma and nanocapsules. The capsules have a mean diameter of 292 nm, and a higher density relative to blood plasma. We have turned to acoustofluidic MEMS devices, given prior reported results. We are looking to replicate the MEMS device reported in another paper. The Wu 2017 paper details the steps required to fabricate the device in Section 4. The microphone in which the audio is being measured communicates with an I2S Philips audio protocol. A fast Fourier transform need to be implemented on an audio analysis coming from an ICS43434 or INMP441 microphone, the audio input comes from the MEMS digital microphone with I2S digital audio protocol. Using a STM32L496RG or a ESP32, direct memory access has to be implemented (DMA) so we have faster processing time to do the FFT, and transmit the data measured wireless, every second. Current code is working on STM32L4 and it is being able to get the dBA value out of the RMS calculation, but doesn't have the FFT implemented and also an exponential logharitimical moving average is needed to be implemented to calculate SLOW measurements (each second), the FAST measurement (125m...

I would like to develop an application for iPhone where I can read the raw acceleration data from the iPhone MEMS accelerometer (x,y,z and Rx,Ry,Rz) (similar to vibsensor® and seismometer® applications). The program will cluster the acceleration for each certain period (for example the user will specify 1sec period so the program will record the acceleration for each 1 sec). Each signal (each 1 Sec signal in this example) will be used as an input to an equation ( I am going to provide the developer with this equation ). Hi, I have the nRF52840-DK and need to connect the ICS-43432 digital I2 S MEMS microphone. I need to know how to connect the ICS-43432 chip via I2S. Then I need a program that can stream data from the microphone chip and store for example 30 seconds of streaming data in the memory. The lenght of the continuous sampled file should be possible to set via a parameter. I have planned to connect the MEMS microphone to the nRF52840 board by using a simple development board => If this looks ok I have more work for you on the same project!
