Research also confirms that companies that work on a project basis within all parts of the organization based on standardized processes have a much higher chance of a successful project than companies that have a lesser degree. It is intriguing to see that standardized project management processes, and especially Planning management, Have such an effect on the chances of successfully accomplishing a project.
