Contest Brief

I am looking for some wordpress design options that I can take to my customer. Please include in your entry how much you would charge to build the wordpress website. I will provide the hosting. The winning entry will obviously be paid for the design, however, this doesn't guarantee I will use you to build the website fully. NO GENERIC DESIGN ENTRIES PLEASE :)

The website is for an accountant. Please see existing website http://progressiveaccountants.co.nz for info and graphics to use in your mockup. For menu headings use:
