Contest Brief

I need the homepage of a website designed. This is a one-page (the homepage) design gig. I don’t need this website or page built, just designed and supplied as a JPG or PSD.

Full spec is in the attached Word DOC.

I've uploaded several image files, including our logo, to use as you need to a Google Drive here:

Here's some good tips that should make designing even easier:

- Our logo has colour in it. Only one, granted, but it's not mono. Don't take the colour out of it, but do use it as a stepping off point for the age's colour palette.

- Don't use stock photos, except in mock-ups of video or article previews. I want to avoid stock photos as much as possible. You have plenty of photos to choose from, and if you need a specific one, then ask me. Chances are I have one of a client or similar.

- The elements listed in the doc from top to bottom should all be included in that order. They're in that order for a reason, so missing any out or changing that up will get your design overlooked, no matter how good it is.

If I think of anything else that might help and ultimately give you a better chance and save you time at the same time, I'll post it up as I do. :-)
