T-shirt design from a tweet

Contest Brief

Hi there,
Looking for a drawn t-shirt design to include "This is going to be a fantastic year for Britain." and a flattering drawing/cartoon of Boris with his thumbs up as is shown in the photo. This is supposed to be humorous but its not to be a derogatory representation, rather a positive image.
It will be printed on the front of a t-shirt - single use, not for resale.
