I need a Strategy & Plan to design a messaging, audio & video streaming services, so I can develop my own mobile apps & web. So that if 4 users would like to video debate each other live and in the same time they can can develop. I need to be self sufficient, independent from messaging, audio & video streaming services providers like for example: " agora.io", etc... I am planning to build apps for debating & chatting rooms.

Basically, the app should be like for video and audio chatting/conferencing?
