See attached doc and icons which may also be used. Want attention grabbing leader into a few descriptions of different ownership. Can be split into several files. e,g What is Freehold, What is Commonhold, What is Shared ownership, etc.

Please note I require this to be legally correct storyboard or explainer whiteboard. Do not copy my text verbatum. It has to be punchy and succinct.

  Hi this is intended to eventually be a whiteboard type of presentation advising everyone of the complexities of buying any property and the advantages of true Freehold and commonhold tenure.
  
  It has to in the first place attract attention and then lead people into the property ownership things that need consideration. Finally it will close with a page of links to further legal information.
