Contest Brief

I am an international students pursuing my undergraduate degree in social entrepreneurship at Lynn University in Florida. I run an education nonprofit organization to teach high school students 21st century skills.

We are participating in a research program and we recently conducted a research on youth unemployment and education challenges in Liberia, and we prepared our report. We qualified for the final presentations but would love to redesign our report so that it looks more professional, decent colors (grey and turquoise) and contain more infographics than words.

I want the designer to recreate the report - it is supposed to be a visual map, but our previous designer used too many colors as well as did not effectively communicate the work in infographics. I want to maintain consistent colors of grey and turquoise (and additional colors that won't make the report seem unprofessional), proper design, and communicate the parts with bulky texts into infographics, forming the connection of the report.

We want to recreate the cover image to keep it simple and engaging. Remove the logos and omit the "Youth Unemployment in Liberia," keeping the "Harnessing Liberia's Demographic Dividend: the Education that Works"

There is a document with quotes that should be added in between the subheadings of the visual map and design so that it stands out.

Employer Feedback

“I enjoyed working with Rye. I do not easily trust and give complete agency to people I hire, but at first sight, I trusted his intelligence and ability and he deliver par excellence. He is an excellent hire! His quality of work is top notch and he communicates effectively. He has a knack for independence and self-clarity, combining both an excellent visualization and technical acumen to get the job done with minimum to no supervision. He takes feedback very well and without complain, prioritizing his client's satisfaction. In my case, I provided multiple feedback and changes for him to redo even though he had previously delivered my work with all the instructions, and he did not hesitate to deliver. I immediately hired him for a subsequent project while he was still working on my current project and I would definitely do over and over again. Highly recommended with no reservation! ”
