  I can make just the fish for 300$ and still is a very low price for the quality required, for the entire set I would estimate USD 1200 as minimum, if you want something URGENT and best quality. If you want just throw the money here, well, the only one that has benefit is freelancer receiving their respective cut from your budget, not a very intelligent idea. Let me know if you are interested.

  Oh really nice, Most of them know how to retouch image on PS :D and effects ? ofcourse .
  But remember guys, this client already has done 50+ projects and hes a 5* employer.
  So think again before you gonna make him fool ? not a chance. :D
