Contest Brief

I want to create a campaign poster that invokes the "We Can Do It" image. However, instead of presenting the right side of her face/outside of her arm, I want to change the perspective to the left side of her face and inside of her arm. I also want to add a tattoo on her well-defined bicep with the attached logo, change her shirt to the Plaid Shirt and use the face of the woman in the PhotoShoot photo (no bandanna), chin lifted, smiling, looking upward. Finally, while the "We Can Do It" text/font/placement should remain the same, background image/colors should invoke the Texas Flag

Working, but the size of the photo provided is very small. the poster will be really little. Will it be printed or is it only for the web? For optimal work, can you provide the raw photo file (DNG, or PEF for Pentax, Nef for Nikon, CR2 for Canon etc ...)? Whoever took the photo should have it. It would be great!
