Do you have a storyboard for the video? Or at least a rough guideline on what to show and in what order?
The attached doc doesn't quite explain that and the project is very time consuming so working blindly only to be told that the something is not in the right place or some feature is not shown and so on is not very productive.

You need to provide a proper brief. How can you to make a commercial knowing nothing about the product?... yes, is a charger and that's it. Think about it. As some colleagues comment below, in my opinion your budget is a bit short if you are after a professional outcome. I recommend, if I can, to clarify the project you have in mind and give as much details as you can about the product in order to be able to work on it. Best regards.
