I need help with 3 slides. The contents of the slides need to be graphical, simple and fancy. The first draft should be presented within 24 hours. I normally like simple sketches, but I am open for any ideas. If you can explain to me how you intend to do the slides before actually working on them, this will save a lot of time. If the price and quality are good, this can be a start for a long term relationship. The three slides should illustrate the following:
Information Delivery Vision:
In this slide, there should be two states illustrated. The first visualizes a user having a new business question. Requests a report from an IT guy. The IT guy looks puzzled on where to get the needed data from a pile of unorganized data sets. Also, it appears that the IT guy have a lot of requests piling up.
The second state is the new vision; where a user have a business question. Goes directly into the information realm and get the answer/report. On the other side, the IT guy (now labeled as Information Architect) is continuing to build add to the building blocks of this realm. i.e. taking blocks from the unorganized data sets (can be unformatted bricks), reshape them then add them to the realm. The blocks in the realm should be labeled customer, account, MM, MG, SL, …
In this slide we illustrate that the business user shall get the proper help to be able to get the answers he/she is looking for through three means:
A BI excellence team to answer any question on how to use the realm
Advanced trainings specifically for advanced users (analysts)
Information Realm progress
Here we need to illustrate that the realm is not yet complete. We need to visualize that we have built Customer, Account, Loan, MM modules (all still not 100% filled). On the unformatted blocks part, we still are working on formatting Card, LG, LC, Digital, and many many more.
It needs to be clear that the main realm structure shall not be completed before 2017, but still users can use the parts already built.
Please note that I will copy your illustrations into a PP template of mine.
