Contest Brief

I have a space of 13.64 meters x 7.80 meters with a front door of 3.20 meters (height of walls 3 meters. (Walls and roof are in plasterboard)

I would like advice on how to divide the environment to make a small apartment with kitchen (very large with a large table for many people), bathroom, bedroom, children's room.
It has 4 window panistas 120x60 cm along the right side wall.

I like open space environments

I would like a nice idea a nice project

I understand the changes that you want and can be made, that would not be a problem but I would like to give you a suggestion as a professional and it is the following: According to the architectural designs and referring to the open spaces the kitchens can not be isolated and placing a window to pass the dishes (restaurant), would involve designing a wall with a door to completely isolate the kitchen, the bathrooms in the main bedrooms allow to manage privacy and the secondary bathrooms are for visits and for family use.
