Contest Brief

In multiracial countries like Malaysia, Singapore, United States and etc, most people don't understand languages used during communication like food order by the deafs and hearing loss persons but relied on Speech to Text technology to aid the hearing loss and special needs people to read words transcribe into text based on one language to let the special needs understand. However, there's only Live Transcribe in English without Chinese, Malay, Tamil languages to be transcribed. If there's a LIVE Transcribe camera/video tool with multiple languages that can transcribe words into preferred mother tongues of the deafs and hearing loss immediately. This will aid hearing loss and deafs people to understand communication better in life. For example, my hearing loss mom cannot understand if an Indian speaks Nandri as thank you to her without live transcribing translation tool into her preferred mother tongue in Chinese or English as she's an orphan borned without mother tongues. It will be a dream come true when a deaf took out the phone and on the app to transcribe whatever words speak out from the strangers into text to be converted into mother tongue for the hearing loss and deafs to understand well in communication during emergency and daily life as telling a deaf there's fire in the forest without sign languages interpreter is difficult to save her from the fire.
