Need a banner image for celebrating "10 years in business"

Contest Brief

I have an image (MSA 10 years transp.jpg) that is attached here. I want one change only.

The crescent needs to be REPLACED with an ellipse.

You can either ;
A) use "MSA 10 years.jpg" the same image to erase and replace the crescent with an ellipse.
or
B) use the attached "MSA logo.jpg" to recreate the SAME IMAGE AS in MSA 10 years.jpg.

1- The ellipse needs to be in the same position as the crescent.
2- 10 will stay SAME inside the ellipse.
3- transparent background.
4 - Change the slogan in grey, needs to be replaced with "Professional Business Software", I like to like the keep the same font and size format.
5- I need only one banner, NOT two.
6- The task needs to be completed by Monday 8 am US Central time.
