Contest Brief

We want you to make a vector art illustration of a police officer restraining a person with their hands or legs tied behind them.

Under the illustration should be the initials - "AOLRO" and/or the words "Arm Or Leg Restraints Only"

You may use the photos enclosed or one of your own choice. It can be black and white or colorful.

Purpose: To make a flag for a campaign against police officers using deadly restraint tactics during arrests.
