Contest Brief

"Lydcon" is a property services company that currently provides a consultancy service for property renovations and new builds targeting professionals around 30-35 years of age. The intention is for this company to be a full time property development company in the future.

I would like to see logo designs with geometric shapes (possibly formed using the letters, L,Y and D) with the word "Lydcon" above/beside/around the logo. Would like to see the colour navy blue somewhere in the logo and would be happy to see black and dark grey incorporated, but not a must.

The design should communicate boldness, creativity and loyalty

I am wanting to target the following:
Age - 30-35 year old professionals both male and female.
Location - Australia.
Income - middle level.
Occupation - professionals.
Industry - construction, renovation, developments.
