I need a logo design with these conditionals:

I would need a logo with this flower: Taraxacum

These are the indications:
- Flower with the effect of blowing some particles of the flower
- A bit color blue sky (maybe painted water background...?)
- Text Company Name: One Wish Luxury Travel
- The logo is for a travel company
- It has to be sofisticated (luxury)
