Here's my website url https://devindie.in and I want a logo matching the color scheme of the website.
See at the top left corner, there is a logo which says "Agency Pro" ( It's the default logo which I would change to my own comapny name), I would most likely put the logo there and also on the favicon of the website.

It's upto your imagination, whatever you wanna build.
