  The design is now simplified. Proposals are now requested in a pptx. format so that can be edited subsequently. If you are doing it in some other related format, please indicate how they can be easily edited on a Mac.

  The hole does not convey the idea. 3 hurdles/ fences that stretch across all four lines would be a better idea. Properly labeled, administrative burden (encompassing learning costs, compliance costs, and psychological costs) will show as a common band regulating the flow from inputs to outputs.

  Thank you for your interest. The picture is along the right lines. Some minor changes needed are: 1) The picture should be in B&W 2) The dumbells at both ends should be more symmetrically aligned, preferably at the same height. 3) The connectors are too thin, they should be broadened closer to the dumbbell and narrowed, brought closer together in the middle where administrative burden can be shown as some kind of common hurdle across all of them. 4) The learning costs, psychological costs, and compliance costs should be shown as three separate hurdles/ fences (and collectively labeled as the administrative burden). Please consider making the changes. Thank you.
