One Page Design Only

We have shared all attributes and necessary documents.

We need different home page design ideas. A bright, engaging design with the ability for future elements to be customised to be made interactive/animated.

The company offers courses in building and construction, carpentry and brick/blocklaying.

We want to generate more leads, converting site visitors into inquiries so 'Make an inquiry' is the most important call-to-action. Other CTAs include the call/email, Contact Us, newsletter submission field, automated chatbot, Request a course brochure and Apply Now.

We like website designs like this:
- http://www.internationalinternships.com.au/
(Unusual blocks/angled lines make it different, lead 3D picture is engaging, main menu at top and sub heading are clear and stand out.)

- http://www.kingswood.vic.edu.au/
Again like the bold lead image, but not so big it takes up the whole above-the-fold. Clear menu bar and colourful. Drop down triangle with call to action at the top is also useful. Nice big logo is good too.

It should feature the following elements (view attached image for reference)
- Big logo and Call-to-actions in top menu (Make an enquiry, Apply Now, Phone number)
- Bold navigation menu (featuring Courses, Fees, Why TIV, Success Stories, Contact Us, Student login)
- Bright, captivating lead image
- Copy: Bold headings, followed by some main body text
- Section featuring the different courses (Carpentry, Building & Construction, Brick & Blocklaying)
- (Most Popular Courses are: Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building), Certificate III in Carpentry, Diploma of Building and Construction, Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Site Management), Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Estimating), Certificate III in Bricklaying/Blocklaying)
- Section featuring 'Why choose TIV' with bullet point benefits and stats
- Section featuring Industry news: blog article 'teaser' tiles
- Newsletter subscription form
- 'Follow us on social media' section with social media icons
- Small banner with clubs and businesses logo
- Footer to include CTAs, and the different site pages (see the attached image for reference on what to include:
Get in Touch, Course information, About TIV)

Please use the attached style guide for logos and colour coordination. Attached some relevant company images too.
