Hey CH, for the sake of clarity I humbly request you to upload a new detailed brief with all the requirements asap. I want to work but there is confusion and ambiguity with the current brief and the comments that have been posted. I urge you to resolve this. (upload the brief in a PDF if you have any problems) Thank you.

You wrote "The frame will measure 14m long ×4m wide ×2.2m high". Does this mean that there will be 4 levels of 1.4mx0.4m trays with (10x10 =) 100 trays in each level ??

The frame should be made of steel. The fibreglass trays will sit on the frame

Q:-Do the shelve & supporting Columns both made of Fiberglass ? It would be better if you provide us a rough sketch to give us idea of loads on structure for which it is to be analysed . Working on it..

The frame will 4 levels starting at 80cm above the ground, with 50cm to the next level. The frame will measure 14m long ×4m wide ×2.2m high. The shelves that will sit on the frame are made from fibreglass, these will need to be supported as they cannot take 400kg/m2. The 400kg/m2 is a uniform load. This will be a welded frame, unless a bolted structure would be easier to build, welding can be done onsite.

hello, i would like to know how the shelves will be installed, are they completely made of fiberglass?, will it be closed?, will it be submerged in salt water?, what will it support?, in this case, you have to see if it will be steel or other material, such as wood.

The 4m width can be supported by a central collum

I can only work on the structure above the soil reinforcement because I am a mechanical engineer, not Civil Engineer! if that is what you want then tell me and I will provide you with a professional Entry. thanks.
