we are looking for a design for offices (8000foot) reflect elegant design with modern.
looking for 2 things: 1- Floor plan design 2- concept for the interior, when initial design approved you will be granted, and then preparing the full office design will be next stage.

design as following:

1- Meeting Room

One presidential meeting Room for (30) ppl
One medium meeting room for (20) ppl
Two small meeting rooms for up to (12) ppl each

2- Offices

One CEO large room with small meeting room inside presidential more (classic design)
One huge room for three executive VP. With funky modern design
One Branch Manager office
Five department Managers offices
One Accountant department fit for four employees
One small restroom for the drivers (four to five drivers)
One office as rest or for brainstorm idea room
One open space for almost (20-30) employee

Two Storage room (2)

5- Bathroom

One W/C for male with two cabins or two separate bathrooms within
