Your skillsets must be BOTH microsoft and Android.

To solve this problem, You need an old xp or higher 32bit computer, and knowledge of android. If You think You can solve after reading this, Download location is HTTP://WWW.LEADSBROWSER.COM/ANDROID/ANDROID.ZIP

USE Lancher.exe To start this portable version of emulated android. It runs fine on my old xp (i386). Whatever You do, do not "break" this exe it must continue to run on my old computer.

If you solve this problem whisper and wish to upload Your copy of this android with your changes, then message me on freelancer so i can give you the upload ftp username password, if you solve this problem completely and want to upload Your "solution" (fixed exe). This app is already rooted ver of kit kat. play around with this copy until You can get whisper to "unblock", and not ghost You. Somehow whisper "knows" this app is emulated.... and blocks/ghosts by not showing location properly when location is changed with gps location change apps downloaded in playstore.

Please change its location to central Houston Texas usa, so it recognizes it, and allows Me to change it to anywhere in future with Your app.

Be careful! Whisper is sensitive to many things. MAC (machine cpu code), Google play store ID account, VPN ip, and GPS location. One or many of those trigger an account to be ghosted or blocked.

To get whisper to accept a new account without ghosting or blocking You probably will have to change ALL of these....

but for some reason, when it launches it does not know local location, even if We have changed the location with android GPS change apps?

Whisper will block a user by ghosting them. It means the user can direct chat with another user-but the other user does not see it.

If You are blocked-if You post a whisper-you can see it-but other users cannot.

Figure out a way to un-block whisper on THIS copy of koplayer, as this is the only one that runs on my computer without problems.
