I need a front cover + spine design for an ebook on rapid access to psychic skills. (no back cover needed)

Title: Psychic in Seconds
Subtitle: Unleash the Astounding Psychic Abilities You Already Have in 15 Minutes or Less
Author: David DeBold

I don't have a firm idea of what this book cover should look like, so use your imagination for possible angles. Please try to keep the "tone" of the book friendly, upbeat and interesting. We are trying to convey the idea that these fun, fascinating psychic skills are accessible to anyone, and very quickly at that!

Depending on other entries, a clean, all-text based entry with an interesting treatment could win, but I'm far more likely to choose something with an image that conveys a sense of excitement and ideally, a sense of speed, wonder and mystery.

All image types are welcome (illustration or photo-based) but all text must read clean... Don't use elaborate fonts that are challenging to read.

Winning submission must include a means of isolating text from the background image so that minor changes to title or subtitle can be made. Preferred format is a layered Photoshop file with text on separate layers, but BMP, JPEG and PNG file formats are also acceptable if a separate background image with no text is provided in addition to the final design.

Final submissions must be at least 800 pixels wide, with a well proportioned height.

There will only be a single $50 first prize awarded, but there is a small chance that I may choose one or more runner-ups depending on the quality of the submissions, so please include a "Sell Entry" price on each entry if you would like to be considered as a runner up.

You folks are awesome! There is a ton of great ideas floating out there! Here's some extra ideas for you guys. Psychics often use additional tools to help them focus... Runes, Tarot Cards, Crystal balls, Pendulums, etc. A bright interesting image that has some of these elements might do well. Perhaps with someone who looks like they are surprised/excited because the results were so quick... or even a stop watch appearing in a crystal ball or something. I see tons of creativity out there, so have some fun with this. A playful/interesting cover could have a very good shot at the prize!

Hi folks, now that I've seen some entries, I've got a little more direction for you... Please avoid making an actual brain the focal point of the image, and please avoid images that feel too technical/textbook like. I want the cover to feel radiate a positive attitude that conveys the ideas that this fun, fascinating, psychic "stuff" can be done by anyone, and it want take much time to try it out!
