Design me a new logo

Contest Brief

I need a new logo for my Chartered Accountancy practice in NZ. We are a small, boutique accounting firm in the rural town of Matamata, North Island, New Zealand.
My current website is www.101accountants.co.nz if you want to see what I currently have.

Business/company name is "Melessa Henderson CA Ltd" but I trade as "101 Accountants" which is based on our location address of 101 Arawa Street.
Therefore I want to have "Melessa Henderson CA Ltd @101 Accountants" in the full logo.
I want an icon to go with it that will represent accounting, business, tax, farm accounting.
My business name is quite long so ideally I want it to be a bit shorter so logo isn't too big and can fit ideally on letterhead, website, business cards, and also my Xero invoices. But still readable and legible.
My name is still important, because we in a small town and people know me.
Colour wise, I like to use the 'Xero blue' because it ties in with Xero logo and also CAANZ logo that we also display on our building and business cards etc. However I don't always print colour so it can come out grey vs black - so still has some effect.
I like to use the Century Gothic font for my letters and reports. So like modern, contemporary look to tie this in. However a bit of italics and bold to break up all the words in my logo would be great too.
Is this possible? I look forward to seeing some great results :)
