We need a logo designed to our company called:

Aleron Financial Services

The company obviously deals in finances.

The following criteria:
- Modern
- Simple
- Elegant
- Can work on Dark and Light backgrounds

I've attached the logo of the company's predecessor, but feel free to come up with new ideas.

Handover needs to be in small, medium, large sizes, with good resolutions.
