Contest Brief

I need to design & develop a creative email template (text & HTML) for sending our proposals and quotations to costumers.

What I want:
- I want this template to be eye-caching and structured
- Its design must be oriented to conversions. There will be payment buttons as CTA.
- The HTML code must be responsive and compatible with the majority of email clients and services
- Be specially careful with the design in terms of spam filters
- The email will include the following:
-> Our logo and tagline. Tagline will be included as text, as we send multi-language proposals
-> Initian text with salutation
-> An image with the mockup of a product with the customer's logo on it, and a reminder that they can find the full PDF mockup attached to the email
-> Reminder that their quotation is attached to the email
-> Delivery date if the client proceeds with the order today
-> Another text like "If you are amazed by this result (mockup) and agree with my offer you can proceed by choosing one of this payment methods", or so
-> Payment icons: Credit card, Paypal, Bank details (CTA)
-> A block to double check if the customer has any inconveniences with the budget, so we leave a door open to negotiation. This block will include possibly an icon, a short text and an animated GIF (already designed) to cool down with a touch of humour
-> Email closing and signature (already designed)

What I don't want:
- The email should not look like a newsletter or sales email (promotional, offers, discounts, etc). This email will be sent after being contacted by customers

  you choose very simple and generic template than why you mentioned "i need creative and attractive design". Actually you are the type of confused employer who don't know actually what they really want.

  Divya, sorry but you are very wrong. The entry that you see is sealed, and you can only see the first proposal which was rejected. The freelancer didn't open new entries for her new proposals, so simlpy you can't see what template has been finally awarded.
